  • Independently and autonomously prepare quotations and cost estimates for shell constructions, conversions, renovations, and earthworks, aligned with the technical and financial objectives set by management
  • Develop alternative proposals during the bidding phase
  • Compile key performance data from both proposed and completed construction projects
  • Draft and calculate change orders in coordination with the respective site managers
  • Participate in subcontractor selection, including negotiation and establishment of cooperation terms with suppliers

Profile
