Estimator | Cost Manager for Large-Scale Construction Projects (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Independently and autonomously prepare quotations and cost estimates for shell constructions, conversions, renovations, and earthworks, aligned with the technical and financial objectives set by management
- Develop alternative proposals during the bidding phase
- Compile key performance data from both proposed and completed construction projects
- Draft and calculate change orders in coordination with the respective site managers
- Participate in subcontractor selection, including negotiation and establishment of cooperation terms with suppliers
- Coordinate the procurement process (inquiries, orders)

Profile
